After a bit of a hiatus to focus on teaching, David Carter Photography is back in 2026!
Dave's love for photography began as a young child while playing with his parents old film camera. The pictures were bad, but the experience was always great. Dave especially enjoys exploring this beautiful country and hopes to explore more and more!
Dave studied photography at the University of Saskatchewan while earning a bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education. The friends and memories made in the darkroom will always be treasured!
After taking the leap into digital photography, he was hired to do the wedding of a couple close friends. From there, his photography branched out in to everything from food, real estate, couples, weddings and all the way to destination weddings, nature/landscape photography, and corporate clients such as Myriad Entertainment, Allied Wrestling Entertainment, Saskatoon Public Schools Foundation, Radius Community Centre, and features in Industry West Magazine.
He has also enjoyed volunteering for various organizations, but especially Camp Circle of Friends and the Saskatoon SPCA.
